Ok..Here goes...
This is all I remember. I'm sitting behind a white house facing a large body of water and the horizon. To my right, there is a man I have never seen before in my life, also wearing white, holding my hand, we're watching the sunset, we seem to be waiting for the sun to set, and for the "world to end.", the sun setting representing the world to end.We can hear the voices and noises from the front of the house where there is some sort of celebration. I see everything from my point of view, as if I am me, looking at everything, holding some guy's hand, waiting for the world to end. It...felt good, even though I knew we were waiting for the world to end.

Let me analyze this dream for you
White ===== perfection
house ===== protection
watching sunset ===== losing hope
hear voices/noises ==== support
end of world ===== disappointment
Looks like you have a dream of great expectation. Eventhough you dream of the world to be ended soon, you are expecting some support due to some disappointment in life. You are a perfectionist or at least you want your world to be perfect even your support, you want everything to be going well as you always want to be. Projecting scene like that is to tell you subconsciously you are losing hope somehow and you are wishing for the better world because somehow you got disappointed from something in reality.
I could be wrong, but this is how I see from your dream

It sounds as if you are entering a new phase in your life. You made either a conscious or unconscious decision and are at peace with it. White represents purity, peace, and joy. The water represents your unconscious. If it was calm, it is further indication of a feeling of peace about some change or decision or even a level of growth (spiritual usually, but not always) you have achieved. Thus, you hear the celebration. The world ending is the world that you have known. The house represents you. Different parts of a house represent different parts of you. The attic, for example, is your psyche or unconscious mind. Again, seeing the house as white means joy and peace. The stranger could be a guide to help you make this transition or who offers advice of some sort. It sounds like a great dream and a good sign. Hope this helps.

As we're all different we all dream differently. So I'm gonna just have a go and interpret your dream as I see it.
It's very peaceful. The house is white, so are the two figures. This suggests you've put your affairs in order and you're feeling good about yourself. The stranger is mankind, you are at peace with your fellow man. You're facing away from the house, so you are moving on, but you still hear the celebrations, so you have a connection with the past. You are waiting for the sun to go down and you believe this to signify the end of the world, but you are not afraid. You are ready to move on but in no particular hurry. The water signifies a journey, and also a cleansing.
All in all, I give it five stars. A very nice dream.

End of the world = distruction
White= peace
Sun= Power
Noises=Confusion
Celebration=Understanding
Good Feeling=Relief
Man (You chose Man as a stronger word the first time so I am going to say Older Person)
Dreams are never mean exactly what you are dreaming. They represent events in your subconscience so you pick out the important words like I have and then build on those words.
I would say You have had a tramatic experience involving an older person male in your life. Such as a Father, Uncle, Grandfather..I am suggesting death since you are refering the end of the world as being something final. It was an overwhelming Powerful experience so I would say it happend to you when you were small and you are holding some kind of guilt in yourself as if you felt it was your fault.
The wearing white represents its time to find peace regarding this situation you have experiences and let it go because now that you are older..you understand that it wasn't your fault.
The good feeling is your relief of finally understanding and closing this chapter in your life and moving on and the other man in the dream is telling you...Its okay to move on.
Hope this helps.

World
To dream that it is the end of the world, suggests that you are under a tremendous level of stress. You may be feeling vulnerable or helpless in some situation.
To dream that you are saving the world, signifies confidence in your abilities and belief in yourself. You do not let others question your intelligence or your abilities and generally have a good perspective on life and what your goals are. Don't let someone or something prevent you from progressing forward.

hmm....from what i get out of your dream...is... the noise (celebration) in the front of the house may be the distractions in your life, your busy part of your life, and you are behind the house, away from the distractions, your not letting them bother you becuase you...and someone close to your heart, someone that gives you that full feeling of comfort, wether it be the lord, your lover, or father, you and him are at peace with one another...and waitng for things to end, waiting for the distractions or whatever your waiting for them to end. the open ocean, horizen, i would see as being you have so much out there you havnt yet seen yet or feelings felt yet or events to come...so maybe it wasnt waiting for the world to end...but the stresses or distractions in your life right now to end... so you can go out there and explore what you have yet to see....
hope i made sense through my rambling!!! but thats how i would see it as an outside bystander...i dont kno if you even have stresses or anything in your life but thats how i would see it.

if i could interpret my dreams i would'nt be thinking of yours.......
may be just maybe the sunset represents a new begining and just maybe standing in front of a white house is your new future or a good future.............lets not forget .......waiting for thw world to end might just mean leaving your problems behind.......its the celebration of a new life not death.........this way it all keeps the stress levels down in the real world...................its just a thought..........or maybe just a dream.....................thks

Sounds like a bridal shower or wedding reception. Your old world ends when you start living with the one you love. It seems like a peaceful and secure transition.

Try Dream Moods it is great for interpretations. I have used it on some of my friends and they think it is spooky. I got on a web site by going into" Ask" and asking for dream meanings.
