Most of the time I doctor it up. I add garlic, oregano, more cheese etc. unless I'm really hungry and just want it done now.
I thought I was the only one that did it but I guess I'm not.

i used to always dress em up; but the taste was always half baked
i mean that the toppings i added always stand out as unwanted ingredients
i have now given in to paying a little more for frozen and experimenting with thin crust and strange toppings artichokes...etc
i am very surprised with the quality of some of these pizzas
but really if you want to play... flour, olive oil, sea salt, egg, soda water, yeast make a thin crust. Now you can play, add yer fav toppings and the pizza will become one.

You can just throw it in the oven, but if you think there isn't enough cheese or seasoning you can throw it on....

I used to Dr. it up until I decided that cardboad will always remain cardboard no matter what you do to it. So, I don't buy frozen pizza, I go to my fav pizza joints and get one to go.

Dear God Yes! put stuff on it.
They never give you enough stuff on those pizzas. Put some thin sliced sopersata and some good fontina cheese on it!
