She definitely looked healthier back when she was on Disney. She lost a lot of weight really fast about a year ago and it didn't suit her too well. I think that she is starting to look more healthy again now though.

Well, considering she hasn't been on the Disney in about three years, you can't really compare puberty versus young woman. She definitely has changed alot! She looked the worst when she was in "Cheaper By The Dozen 2". She reminded me of Sally from "A Nightmare Before Christmas". Now, that she's been with the guy from Good Charlotte, she looks much healthier.

I think she looked better on disney channel because she was the perfect size and know now she is way to skinny.

Diisney Channel because now she has gotten too skinny I think she's competing against Lindsay Lohan about who will be skinnier but Lindsay is smoking so she might be skinnier than Hilary Duff.But anyways She looks better on Disney Channel.I saw that she was smoking on vh1

Well not now...she's gone sorta anoerxic so she looks really skinny and thin but on Disney Channel she was a little kid I liked the starting peaks of her singing career when she was sorta pugy like a regular teen that's why people liked her because she looked normal now she's just like any other Hollywood star.

She looked better on the Disney Channel, now she's so skinny she looks totally different, it's something about her mouth area.
