Are you a mamber of AAA/CAA, or similar club? They have lock-out service for most vehicles. If you are not a mamber, or if they say your model is one they cannot unlock, there are really good mobile locksmiths that can open it very quickly.

I'm assuming you don't want to call a locksmith, so here is your solution. If you don't have a locksmith set (which can be purchased at some stores) get a doctor's blood pressure taker. Stick the inflatable part in the top ofyour driver's window, they're usually very thin so you can squeeze it in there. Once in, apply pressure to it, and it should barely move your window to where you have like a 1/8 , 1/4 inch leeway. Get any old clotheshanger wire, unravel it to make it straight, and stick it thru the gap in the window, and then press the unlock. There ya go :)

I'm sorry Mimi but you'd better off calling a locksmith. (If it an automatic door lock) It happened to me before and I ended up ruining the actuator. If it's not automatic door lock you'll have a hard time picking the lock handle since it's flat. And you may scratch the glass. Good luck!

use a coat hanger to grab onto the doorlock or the button on the top.
Depending on the shape of the doorlatch inside the car, it may be easier to insert a long metal rod between the door and the body of the car along the roofline and tryu and get it to press the unlock button. Metal works well because you may have to bend the rod to get it to angle over and hit the button.

Call a towing company and ask them if they have a Jimmy bar. It is a slender piece of steel they slide down between the window and the inside and they can open the door by moving one of the door rods.
