They do it for lots of reasons, all of which are exceedingly immature. How do these boys play with one another? Are they rough amongst themselves? Some are. These don't know how to be anything else. They'll need to be taught. When at all possible, avoid the places these children hang out. Please tell a responsible adult (teacher, hall monitor, librarian, parent, whatever is appropriate where this is happening) about this behavior and how you feel about it.
If there is anything at all that you are doing, even little subtle things, (please be brutally honest with yourself here) that causes this behavior in the boys, please stop. It's equally immature to tease someone into reacting and then complain about it.
If you can honestly say there is nothing you are doing to incite this unwanted behavior, even subtly, please talk to the boys first. If they won't respect your wish to talk, or won't stop the behavior after you've asked, then go to an adult. Don't threaten the boys with that, (you stop or I'm going to tell) just do it -- IF they refuse to listen or to respect your wish to be left alone.
By the way, don't bother getting even. You're only sinking to their level. Of course, there really is no such thing as "even." If you try to 'get even' the boys will do something worse next time to 'get even' with you for getting even. It'll never stop. Be more mature than they are and handle this like an adult. That'll be 'getting even' enough.

I used to have hair that long yet I gave it to maximum cancers, i understand how demanding it somewhat is. next time ask him (back) why he pulls you're hair and while he says its tempting tell him it bothers you. he in all probability does no longer understand you do unlike that so in case you tell him he will end.

They are being very mean. In no way tolerate their behavior. Slap them, scream at the top of your lungs--anything to keep them away from you. NO ONE should be touching you or causing you harm. Embarass them even if it is in the middle of class.Tell someone. Don't walk alone. When they see that you will fight back they will think twice about touching you or pulling your hair.

There boys, that's what they do, because they haven't grown up yet,so they don't know how to say I like you and this is what they do. Just say enough already, Your acting like an immature little brat, next time maybe you'll see the inside of the principals office. That's if you don't really like him.. But if you do, then just tell him Enough ....

a boy pulls your hair because he's trying to get your attention. If it bothers you that much tell that boy to stop.

He probably likes you and wants attention. Tell a grown up, cause this could injure you.
