No one of the worst. Used as a political tool .

Couldnt stop the Israel- Lebanon war. Couldnt close Guantanamo Bay which is against human rights.
Only able to do what John Bolton wants to do .

Non democratic institution , the new UN General elected by only 15 chosen members from over 100 General Assembly members

it must be doing something right...according to todays news...n. korea apologized and has backed down from further tests.
