Of course it's all right to be jealous. Jealousy is a part of life which everyone deals with. The main question is how you deal with it. Hitting her boyfriend or trying to kill him does not qualify as a good way of dealing with it.
Like you said yourself, it was a crush. It's takes longer to truly fall in love with someone and this girl might not be worth your time if it is just a crush and not true love. You'll have many chances to find other women around you.
If I were in your situation, I would be jealous as well but then I would realize that if I keep my focus on just that one girl, I'm closing the doors that could lead to other women that could be more worth my time. You don't want to be too obsessed with this girl that you leave out any other girls that could be miss right.
If anything else, you could establish a friendship with this girl and if things didn't work out between her and her boyfriend, you could step right in and rebound for her. Or maybe she knows someone else that could really interest you.
I know I gave more information than you asked for, but I hope it will be helpful. Just know that you shouldn't let your jealousy and anger consume you and that there are always other options available to you.

Its only human nature to become jealous when you see someone getting what you can't have. Its not a big deal since love in it's entirety is pretty much a scam thought up by candy companies to make people buy incredulously priced chocolates and spend money on hotel rooms that get them less than the desired outcome. Heart shaped hot tubs ,I'd have to say, is the worst part of all to come of it. Then again, there is that happy-go lucky side that would like to think that things aren't as crappy and as they seem and then a ton of bricks hits me and I again realize the cynicism of the whole ordeal. Its pretty much unavoidable.
If you think of it that way your crush becomes a dupe in your mind and you can view it all the better as you come out the wiser.

It's perfectly normal to have those feelings. You obviously have feelings for her and when you see her giving those wonderful emotions to her boyfriend, it triggers an instictual force within you to feel jelous.

the most important thing is what you do about it. Depending on how close you are to her and how close she is with her boyfriend should determine whether or not you should pursue actions towards her.

It is okay and natural. That just shows how much you care for her and how much you like her. Don't hide your feelings, but don't let the green monster come out 2 much. That's the worst thing 2 scare a girl away.

As long as you don't act on it you can feel that way. But the fact she is taken gives you no rights to mess with either of them. I suggest you find an activity you like where you can meet other girls.

Of course it's pefectly acceptable behavior. Infact next time you see her with her boyfriend - wait for her to leave, and beat him w/a baseball bat. Defend yourself by saying another girl said he was hitting on her and tried getting fresh w/ her.
