Would't write anyone off, City will spend if Arsenal do lose Fabregas then theyl buy someone else, Liverpool depends on the whole managment/owner issue, Utd dont have a very good squad at the moment compared to the last ten years but Fergie is a brilliant manager and can make average players shine, Villa will push for fourth same as last season, and Spurs could make a title challenge. And with Chelsea it depends who leaves really if we have about 6 players sold/leave (Say Hilario, Belletti, Sinclair, Deco, Ballack, Carvalho) Then we'll make about 2 or 3 signings and bring some reserves up, and push for the CL the PL and the FA Cup
