It's A*2, B*2, C*2 etc.

That varies from school to school. However, in most places that use a 4.00 grade point scale, each + or - is worth 1/3 of a grade. So A- would be 3.67, B+ 3.33, B 3.00, B- 2.67, C+ 2.33, C 2.00, C- 1.67, D+ 1.33, D 1.00, and D- .67.
