try ebay...i found a Higher Ground VHS thing there once, wish I bought it but didn't because I think it was just someone's copy of the seasons (like they had taped it off the tv when it aired and is now selling it). Don't know if they (the producers/network) ever released it on dvd/vhs. There is a website that petitions ABC Family for them to release it on dvd (http://www.petitiononline.com/hgtodvd/) but I don't know how old this is. Good luck.
