MAKE time and do it right or you'll be risking your health. Very simple: got time to be dead? Make time to exercise and diet, and don't do foolish things like take pills which will enable you to starve yourself but may cause adverse effects afterward.

See a medical doctor and make sure that your healthy enough to train with weights. Ask for a referral to see a dietician or a nutritionist; ask for a diet to enable you to lose weight and get more energy. Learn these skills and make them part of your lifestyle so you can lead a healthier life.

Join a gym with an experienced, trained, certified and licensed weight trainer (to show you how to warm up, stretch, how to exercise without hurting yourself, warm down and stretch to prevent stiffness and tightening up) and you will lose weight, tone up and be healthier and find more energies to do what you have to do during the course of a hectic week... but, more importantly, to show you how to change your lifestyle so you won't gain the weight again and have to go through the procedure all over again. This is the fastest way to lose weight but it is also the safest way to do it.

The quicker you lose weight, the quicker you'll gain it back 2-fold! The best way to maintain a healthy weight is to eat properly (healthy, reasonable size meals), leave out the junk food (once in a while wont hurt, after all you can't deprive yourself of everything) and obviously get some exercise and drink tons of water. If you don't have time to work out, improvise. For example, use the stairs instead of the escalator, take a long walk after your supper and when you get back, reward yourself with a nice long hot shower! ;) It feels nice lol... hope this helps.

Whatever it is, it'll also be the quickest way to have it come back.

Focus on developing healthy eating & exercise habits that you can stick with for life and be done with it.

You don't have to go to the gym to get more exercise. Do little things like parking a bit farther from whatever building you're driving to, taking the stairs, walking up escalators instead of just standing on them (an actual time saver there!) getting up to get things yourself instead of asking whoever's standing nearby to bring them to you, etc.

don't eat less or you'll get gallstones. fit exercise into your day. even twenty minutes would be good. use the stairs instead of elevators. walk briskly instead of slowly. put a small pedal exerciser under your desk so you can use it at the computer or put an exercise bike (recumbent are more comfortable) in front of the tv and use it for a half hour a day. don't eat after seven p.m.

You have to find time to work out. 20 minutes a day of walking should do it. Or 45 minutes three times a week. Eat healthy. Blah, Blah, Blah! Remember: you have to eat to lose weight. And drink 60 oz of water a day. You'll pee ALOT, but just imagine what your peeing out...fatty food that makes you gain weight!

Watch what you eat. And you can make time for exercise, just in between times, even for five minutes at a time - it can really start to add up

DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for lunch, either a sandwhich on whole wheat. if you eat whole wheat bread make sure you only have 70 cal and less then 10 from fat. eat eggs for dinner with a side of steamy veggies (frozen are always faster to make). dont eat lots of carbs, dont drink lots of diet coke and dont dont dont fall into eating candy. if you do, do it cuz if you deprive yourself, it will just increase!!!!!!!!!! also, try taking hoodia pills. ive used them and they are great!!!!!!!!!!!! also, eat grapes if you start to feel hungry. they are healthy, delicious and only 70 cals, no fat. best to you! also, make sure you keep your vitamins in your diet and keep some meat in the mix too!
