a true friend will call just to say how are you or how was your day they will be there for you when you need someone just to talk to not just when they want something from you whats really sad is when you have kids that are grown that you still worry about all the time and the only time you know they are alive is when they want or need something people should treasure the time they have together because it could be gone in a heartbeat have a good evening and tell your friends how you feel if they are true friends they will realize that they are wrong if they get offended they were not real in the first place

cut them off like a bad habit better yet next time they call make up some sort of excuse unless your the bold braising type,after a while they'll get the picture heck if they haven't been true friends then you owe them nothing really i had a friend like this once and she only came around when she was single i dropped her a** like a bad habit,its funny too because i miss her sometimes but i know i could never be friends with her again.

it's hard to say no but sometimes that is exactly what you need to do. had a few friends like that and one was a drug abuser. i let her fall because i was enableing her by catering. it was hard but i'm glad i did it.
