nope, but the next best connection that uses a phone line is ISDN but best to go with DSL, im sure DSL is offered at your area and plus it is not expensive now a days with all the competition. so go for DSL. Digital Subscriber Line.

no but I resently went from dial up to AT&T / YAHOO DSL and I am paying less now then I did with dial up.
