How do you change USB settings in Windows XP?

Right click on My Computer, choose Properties. Click the Hardware tab and choose Device manager. You can see hardware settings for USB there. THere's not a whole lot to change though.

it all depends on what type of usb device you want o change settings for. device manager will only show the usb controllers if you don't have any devices connected
