Have you ever called a truce, but never let go of what that person did?

Yes, I've held a grudge against someone in the past, hell no I haven't called a truce, I am still pissed at that person, and it happened 4 yrs ago.

i have a grudge against my stepdad and i don't think i will ever forgive him and it's too long a story to go into detail but i will say it involves my boyfriend

There are a couple of issues that I have not forgotten that my ex did during our marriage. We have been divorced now 9 years and time has helped, but I haven't forgotten.

yes. struggling to forgive and let go because i was done wrong to, many times. of course by forgiving, i am not agreeing in any way with what they did, just accepting the fact that it is done and i want peace within me.
