The official call would be the servers point. Even if it looked like the ball was going to land way out. The returner cannot legally touch the ball before it bounces or he loses the point.

your point. check the USTA website for all answers on calls like that. thats why in doubles you are told to stand away from the box when the other team is serving and you are at the net so that you dont get hit by the ball. because if you do its their point
