smiley central is spyware. open add/remove and uninstall mywebsearch, and smileycentral, funwebproducts, screensavers.com and anything that looks very similar in name to those. If it continues to run on your computer. Try out yourtechonline.com, it is a fee-based tech support service, live technician can remove it for you. I love their work.

You should be able to uninstall it from Add/remove programs. That's how I got rid of it.

Smiley central is a virus and a nasty one I suggest you format from scratch
