One's that I'd support include -
Obama - intelligent, good speaker, moderate views on issues
Gore - well educated, cares about environment (to a fault), moderate on economic issues, cares about average citizens
Edwards - smart guy, cares about average citizens (to a fault), has faught for the the little guy in his professional career, good speaker, motivating and positive personality
Biden - thoughtfull, moderate, experienced
Feingold - firey, from my home state, gets you in touch with your inner-outrage, reminds me of Paul Wellstone (my former home state's great senator who's campaign I volunteered for), fearless, opinionated
Boxer - moderate, good speaker, very intelligent, leadership experience

The people I wouldn't vote for (as of now)
McCain - two faced, too conservative on social issues, not as moderate as he tries to make people think
Gingrich - he's just a total douche
H. Clinton - career politician, doesn't give a damn about average citizen, gold digger
Guiliani - supports republicans even though he has nothing in common with them, idiotic views on crime/punishment, had all New York's homeless people secretly killed (where else could they have gone??)... I actually might consider voting for him if he ran against somebody like Hillary Clinton
Frist - WAY too conservative, crooked stock deals, surgeons are greedy assholes - they have very little in common with real doctors
Romney - WAY too conservative on every issue
Rice - she's a mouthpiece for the bush administration and I have no idea what she really believes... but what she's saying now sure sounds like bullsh*t to me
Kerry - he could never win
Pataki - too conservative on most issues although I might consider voting for him if he impressed me in a debate

Rudy would be a good choice, although I disagree with him on some issues.
Condi would be great, but she already said she wouldn't run.
I'm thinking someone else, but I don't really know who yet. I REALLY like congressman Adam Smith, Democrat, Washington State, though. I wish he'd run. He'd make a great president.

It is too early to pick a candidate for 2008. So many things could happen that could change a persons mind. We need to get past the midterms. Give politics a rest for a while. Then get into picking a candidate for 2008.

I really liked Barack Obama until I saw him on Oprah - he was talking about gaging his actions on "how it would make him feel if it was done to him" In my opinion, our country cannot be run on feelings but rather for the good of the people (Americans) even if you don't get that warm & fuzzy feel.

Maybe George Allen or John Edwards....

Maybe 3 or 17. Most of what is offered one chooses between bad & worst. Several of those offer don't even reach the level of worst.

I'm still looking for someone at least as conservative as a cross between JFK & Martin Luther King.

Al Gore, but he's not going to run. Hillary, or (senate minority leader) Nancy Pelosi, who's really sharp, but I don't think the USA is going to elect a woman president. I'd vote for Howard Dean again too. Heck, I might vote for George Clooney if I knew a little something more about his position on issues.

3. Newt Gingrich, 6. Rudy Guiliani, 7. Bill Frist. All have the character needed to continue the fight against terrorism and the guts to pass the Fair Tax!

Maybe Clinton because I don't think Obama is going to run. If she doesn't run I'll vote for Biden who seems articulate and headstrong.

Jeb Bush and his son George P as Vice President. The only way this country can defeat terrorism is to keep more Bushes in the White House. When we run out of Bushes then we will consider Trees!
