Apart from just having another drink.

Believe it or not, the best cure is treating it while you're still drinking. A hang over is nothing more than a headache caused by dehydration as alcohol is a diuretic. If you drink 4-6 ounces of water for every beer or shot, all night you won't have a hang over in the morning.

It really does work, I've had many a night out and have NEVER had a hang over or prayed to the "porcelain gods" as it were.

Just remember - don't drink and drive - have fun, but be safe!

There is no cure for a hangover. A hangover is your body dehydrating so drinking plenty of water will help your body detox quicker.

Drink pineapple juice. Water, vitamin c and sugar in it helps to feel better. Try it, it really worked for me.
By the way, if you have had too much to drink, then drink a lot of water and take a vitamin tablet before you go to bed.

It all depends. If you have to go to work the next day just call out from work and sleep it off. If you are gone to drink heavy and you do not have to go the work the next day it really would not matter how much you drink as long as you get alot of sleep.

i think i'm going to need it tomorrow. Vit C helps (I use tomato juice) also a greasy fry up to line the stomach. Don't forget a pint of water before you go to bed and lie in as long as you can manage. Good luck - some of us never learn!

A pre-emptive strike on my answer I see.

I find an ice lolly helps, although I've no idea why. It could be something to do with re-hydration and the fact that it cools you down, but who knows?
