It's sick isn't it? I hear people talking about why other countries hate us. It always makes me want to strangle them when I hear it. Other countries have the right to live however the hell they want. If they want democracy they'll fight for it! Of coarse they hate it that America tries to stuff it down every communist countries throat! The USA is the mother-in-law of the world. The nag. I just hope Americans will wake up pretty soon and realize that this country is the new Rome, before they screw it up for people like me who just wanna get along.

Well there are a variety of reasons why some nations and people have negative views of the USA. If you were to look at history (or even the everyday news) you'd find many reasons why some people would hate the USA. And those reasons can range from US foreign policies and or actions that other people simply don't agree with or have been harmed, disadvantaged or offended by in some way or another.
For example you said the US is exporting democracy, freedom etc...many people in certain nations don't agree with the US's views on those things so they wouldn't view those things as positives as you do....and negative feelings can result from that alone.
On the other hand not everyone in the world hates the US. After all there are thousands of people that move into the US from all over the world every year in search of a better life

There are many Factors. Jealousy, Coveting and most importantly Intrusive Politics. Promoters of Justified war have told us half truths. We can't export a democracy that we ourselves do not have. Democracy is defined as the people making decisions for the government. Switzerland has a democracy but we have a democratic representative social government. We appoint other people to act in our best interests and when they stop acting in our behalf then we find someone else to do it. The USA government often has attachments to our crusade for freedom. Many times those attachments are contrary to custom, tradition and religous practice. The USA government assumes an arragant role in that other countries are in trouble because they are not smart enough or it is their own fault for their problems. Often USA Government takes on the role that our Government is the only sucessful government and that unless they do things our way then they will not get any help. It is not so much that they don't want our help as much as it is that they want to suceed as citizens of their own culture. Now as far as Iraq goes, they are still harboring the resentments of the Christian Crusaders. We will never export our Freedom to them. We have gone way too far and have tried to implement too much of our culture. They are committed to Islam and no American model will fit their society We should get out and let them figure it out for themselves. I suggest you live in another Country for a year to experience what it is like to be outside looking in!!

Would love to see where you get those numbers! Granted it has been said that a 4th of them die in traffic accidents. I know you aren't implying even 1 of those is being counted. Are you trying to say part of the deaths are because we don't feed everyone? Maybe we should be giving away drugs to cure all diseases.
How much entitlement are you personally willing to foot the bill for? Yes much of the world has been sold on the US should foot the bill on world wide entitlements. The problem with entitlement is the entitled are never given enough. The ones funding entitlements feel it is being extorted from them. Both groups are angry at the other.

Exporting democracy, freedom, reconstruction and education?!!! Has it ever occurred to you ignorant, arrogant American assholes that THE REST OF THE ******* WORLD DOES NOT WANT TO BE LIKE AMERICA?!!!!! Have you ever considered that? Your government comes up with ******** excuses to invade foreign countries, rapes and pillages, and then tries to shove your ways down everybody's throats, and if they don't aquiesce, well, "Your'e either with us or against us." How dare you try to shove your warped brand of supposed "Christianity" down the throats of non-Christians? Or attempt to educate the world using your biased, propagandistic version of history? Why is Africa a dying continent? Because there is nothing there for America to exploit (i.e. oil), so f--k 'em, right? Right??????!!!!!!! Understand, I don't hate all Americans, only your government...and the brainwashed ninnies who buy into the ********.

I guess the world just doesn't get the US for starting a war based on lies and deception in a country that didn't do anything. They hate us for criticizing them for not joining us in the war effort (I can't understand that - jeez). Maybe it is because there are countries with horrible terrorism like Darfur that we couldn't care less about and totally ignore (maybe there just isn't oil in Darfur).

Ignorance is bliss, and I can see you're quite happy.
The world doesn't hate the USA- but if they did it would be because all countries are in competition and we, in quite a few aspects, are a great competitor...but are by no means perfect.
