Think of any adhesive material(even like jack-fruit resin ... white liquid that flows out when we cut the fruit, it solidifies and remains stuck) which is also not un-hygienic to cause any skin problem, and can be easily wiped clean, just stick it to the worn off area, and it will be soft on the ears.

This is exactly the place for such a question, but I happen to have an answer having been in that same situation myself. Use tape. Wrap it until it is as thick as the other one.

It is a lesson in the absurdity and suffering of life. You are bound to suffer from broken glasses. Your life is a representation of pain and suffering, not bound by any grand moral stucture or plan, but plain dumb luck.

Walmart eyeglass center will put them on or replace them for you for a few dollars, even if you didn't buy them there. I've taken mine there when my nosepads fell off.
