You can solve this based on the energy difference between the two states.
Eg = mgh

acceleration due to gravity taken as 9.81 m/s^2

The energy @ the higher height is equal to the work done in moving the mass to that height.

just multiply hight, weight and acceleration, make sure all ur units are consistent though
