I seem to always get moody when it's wet outside.

No, not at all...except for wiping off muddy dog paws..grrr. I'm not affected by the weather but maybe that's because I take vitamin D which offsets SAD (seasonal something disorder) which people tend to get during winter months...depression. I also don't have to walk everywhere because I have a car. Actually I would love to have a rainy Sunday when I don't have to work because then I would just spend it cozily in bed reading.
By the way vitamin D is a replacement for sunshine...sunshine provides us with a natural source of vitamin D.

I'm really weird, rainy days usually make me feel really good, especially if I'm listening to really depressing music like The Cranberries or the Smiths or something

I kind've enjoy rainy days. Sometimes I get sad but feel like I have a right to be or something.

No I just get lazy and all I want to do is curl up with a good book, or watch a good movie. And I look forward to the rain stopping because I look out and everything looks so clean. Its like you just finished your spring cleaning.

nope--i lllooovvveee rainy days--i live in new mexico, so rainy days are few and far between, but in monsoon season it rains like crazy, it smells wonderful, and all of nature starts to grow like crazy!! very cool.

Yes. I have a hole in my skull and vertebrae from surgery, so it hurts every time it rains or gets cold. Pain definitely puts me in a bad mood.

Yes it does...it's crazy hey. Sunny days are cheery and cloudy days are gloomy. I seem to be always depressed in winter and feel great in summer.
