Is it public or private? I go to a private school I was just wondering what school the majority of people go to. Also, what grade are you in?

I went to private school Kindergarten - 6th grade. I then went to public in 7th and HATED it. It is so different. So then in 8th grade I went back to private school, and all through /high school it was private school for me.
It was Catholic schooling.

I went to private school all the way through 12th grade, but i think the majority of people go to public school..........My personal opinion is private school's are a waste of money and I plan on sending my kids to public school

I'm in 9th grade and going to a public high school. Being in Hawaii, the majority of the students are either Asian or Pacific Islanders (i.e. Samoan, Tongan, Micronesian, etc.). Hardly any white or black people. And I swear, the Chinese ppl are EVERYWHERE! Always seem to be speaking in Chinese, too. Not that I mind, but it's kinda creepy after a while...
I like it in public school, no strict rules or anything. Only cruddy thing about being in Hawaii is being forced to learn Hawaiian history. It sounds interesting, but it's really bor-ing...just like anything else about American history...

9th and public... I applied to a few private schools and got into all of them, but honestly, private school is overrated.
Sure, you have nuns and knee socks, but you're sheltered from all the real issues in life.
The disipline program at our school is very strict, and our school has a pretty good program. We have college credit, a bitchin' carreer choice program, and a lot of reallly cool electives like culinary arts and fashion design.
We have AP courses, honors, and standard. We have a choice of six languages. We have a restaraunt built in our school. We have every possible sport and a ton of extracirriculars. It's pretty cool here overall.

DoDDs. A department of defense school. It was public to all American military dependents overseas.
