Europeans are only polite because their parents brainwashed them into it.

So I say Americans are more polite.

I lived in both countries . Europeans have better manners overall . In the UK people are not has polite like other parts of Europe . When you facter in people from the north east Europeans are like angels

Your question is too vague. Both Europe and America have mutliple cultures. America has different cultures whether it be Texas, California, New Jersey, or Florida. You will meet different types of people with different manners in each area.

Europe has so many different countries that it's impossible to treat them like they all have the same culture.

Manners are actually relevant to the culture and cannot be compared--Arabs burp to show they enjoyed the meal, not burping is poor manners in Arabia. It all depends where you live.
