Hello Rooilugo, It depends,,,, i can understand why you put this ? in the health section if this Being is causing you sleep deprivation.First let me tell you that i am sorry that this is happening to you! And if this Being is giving or putting out a negative affect or is causing or creating negative things to occur then it might be more than just a ghost. This is a very sensitive subject. A Calvary church is known for the older ways of excorcizing a Being out of a household. Holy water alone will not do it; If a priest comes and blesses each room with holy water and "cleans the room" with his extracism then you have more of a chance of removing the Being. If this Being or Presence does not do any type of physical harm then just tell it when you think or know it is present that "You are dead and you need to head towards the light you see and if you are to scared to do that then you need to leave this household because you are bothering us" because a ghost will not know they are dead. Unless if it is a Being or Presence,,,,,,,, by telling the Being the sentence above it is not negative but just an explanation on what they need to do. If that Being has not done what you told it to do then get 2-3 big and i mean Big containers of salt and form a circle of salt around your house. This acts as a barrier so the Presence will be gone. If you start to hear chanting (Seriously) then it is time to get to a calvary church immediatly and set an appt. with a priest (which has been with the church for a decent amount of time) to come out and do an excorcism. Good Luck!!

what makes you think you have a ghost in your house? If you know for sure you do, contact the minister, or Priest of the church that you belong to, or any other. they will go to your home and do a ritual, it might take a couple of sessions, good luck

If it isn't bothering you, like setting fires or banging around in the night, moving stuff around, leave it alone. It won't hurt you. It will leave when it finds its way. If you are afraid of it tell it "You must find the path that takes you on another journey. You are dead and you no longer belong here. Follow the light that will lead you." It is in a limbo state and has lost it's way. It just needs a little guiding nudge.

It is very easy. First of all avoid becoming or sleeping naked and second is that before sleeping remember God.If u are not satisfied ,go to any pious person and detail him about it.By willing of God, he will help u.One thing u must remember that there is no concept of Ghost ,but there is concept of genii.
