no hot showers (or other overheating as from high fever, saunas, and hot tubs), also your work environment may be overheated
no jacuzzi
no tight undies (wear boxers)
abstain from sex for a few days
review all medications for reproductive side effects
check for pollution in your environment (heavy metals have severe effects on sperm production)
relax, minimize emotional stress
Deficiencies in certain nutrients, such as vitamin C, selenium, zinc, and folate, may be particular risk factors for low sperm count
Lubricants used with condoms, including spermicides, oils, and Vaseline, can affect fertility
watch out for these too:
substance abuse
alcohol abuse
smoking

varicoele
there could also be countless genetic factors, check reference below

Do you have a low sperm count? Have you been checked? It could be poor motility. Abstinence from masturbation won't help, its better to have fresh sperm.

Don't wear tighty whities, because they increase the temperature down there and decrease sperm production.

Start wearing boxers, not briefs. Keep your testicles cool.
Also, you're better off having sex less often, but at more fertile times. Having sex every day hoping to impregnate is less effective. Not impossible, nor unlikely-just less effective.
