Statistically, the Chargers are the best team. 1st overall offense, 3rd overall defense. An argument can be made for the Bears, 2nd overall offense, 2nd overall defense, but the Chargers allow the least yards per game on defense, and have more sacks(21) in 5 games than the Bears have (17) in 6. Also, the Chargers are the best "time of possesion" team in the nfl by nearly 2 minutes over the second best team.

It depends on which stat and which conference. In the entire NFL the Philadelphia Eagles have the most first-place stat rankings in both the offensive and defensive categories such as pass yards, rush yards, total sacks, etc.

well there are so many categories.
But I'll tell you one that's obvious and one that's a huge surprise going into week seven.
Least points allowed : Baltimore Ravens
Best Pass Defense: OAKLAND RAIDERS...seriously, they are statistically hahahahahahahaha
isn't that weird? i was surprised about oakland also
