The right click option is missing from the drop menu.? tried F2, slow double click, etc. i can create and name also able to save as but thats just creating copys. i am the admin with no other user accounts

if the programs have protected setting or hidden you can't change it. you have to go to troubleshooting and type
rename files and read all the options.
