i had my period 42 days ago.until today nothing more period.i had nipples pain one week ago. now no more pain

but now i had small cramps under my abdominal.i had heartburn,and i was expected my period since 7th october.is it normal?i never experience it in my life.does prenatal vitamin cause this problems for me?

Sounds like your pregnant to me.

if you normally have your period regularly, this is not "normal" for you. The symptoms may be due to taking some medication for something else that messed up your hormones, you might be pregnant or have an infection (I had the same thing years ago. Taking anitbiotics cured me fast). Go see your doctor! Good luck!
