That place is really nice. I bet it costed $4,000 at least. It even has a laundry shoot that goes right to the washer on the front porch! I need me on a them but I ain't got no money.

How can I get me a luxury livin' place like that?

Trailor Dan, unfortunately, had his fine manufactured palace repo'd by the city this week for numerous code violations. He just couldn't seem to remove the Dodge from that gaping hole in the living room in time. He'll be crashing with his brother Dee-wayne for the time being. As a parting gift, he would like to offer you one of the many nonworking household appliances he keeps stored on his front porch so that you may have a piece of his exquisite taste in your very own home!

Living in a trailer isn't so bad. I had one for 7 years and when I sold it for less than I put into it at least it was worth it considering the price of renting an apartment plus I had my own yard. When I sold my place to buy a house I sold it really cheap and held the mortgage on it so someone would buy it quick. Look for ads in your local paper and maybe place your own ad asking for the owner to hold the mortgage on it. Really it's not so bad and I recommend it for a starter place.
