I'd get a second opinion. It sounds like relux to me. It could be silent reflux; she doesn't have to be throwing up to have reflux. Make sure you keep her upright for 30-45 minutes after each feed. Burp her frequently. You might want to try elevating the matress in her crib by rolling up towels and placing them under THE MATRESS to keep her body at a 45 degree angle. Laying flat can make reflux symptoms more painful.
And just to let you know, meds like Zantac reduce the symptoms and pain of reflux; they don't cure it. For better results, you're better off with Reglan.
GOOD LUCK! I hope you find some answers soon.

I think thatcomeing to yahoo answers and asking is a great idea don't let others tell u differently. I am also happy that u took ur baby
to a doc first. Something is obviuosly wrong or she would not be crying. you got alot of great advice from some other ppl here.
the only thing I want to add is maybe she needs to be burped in
the middle of her feeding, my dd did. I burped her after every 2 or 3 ounces.
Good luck and try some of the ideas from the ppl here.
If u still have probs get a 2nd opinion from another doc.

She may not like the shape or texture of the nipple of the bottle, there are all kinds of shapes and either latex or silicone nipples. The formula may taste bad to her, you could try a different one, ask your Dr if you should try a soy based formula or just try a different milk based formula. She may want the formula warmer or it could be that it is too cold. Lots of different possibilities, I would only try one at a time though, whatever you decide to do.

maybe the formula is upsetting her stomach, try a different one. first maybe try different bottles and nipples. and are you sure that she's able to suck the milk out? maybe something is blocking the hole (this happened to me with my son often). if you can't find something that will help her, then take her back to the doc b/c if she won't eat then that is a serious problem. if this is still no help, try a different doc, or if you are just going to a family doc, try a pediatrician. good luck hun.
also check for signs of teething, her gums maybe swollen, so it may be actually hurting her to suck her bottle.

It sounds as though your baby has a sore mouth try to look inside her mouth , it could be thrush, if it is, or if she won't let you, then take her to the doctors. Are you checking the temperature of the food and milk to be sure it's not to hot for her. My grandaughter prefers her milk cold and refuses to drink warm milk, so all children are different. good luck.

She might be teething, or you know what? At 3 months babies hit a growth spurt so she might be rather fussy from that. My baby does that during a growth spurt. Have you checked the nipple to make sure the hole isn't blocked or the flow is okay?

I THINK IT MAY BE THRASH THAT'S WHEN A BABY MOUTH IS SORE AND THEY CAN'T STAND FOR FOOD OR A BOTTLE TO BE PUT IN THEIR MOUTH ANOTHER THING IT COULD BE THAT THE BABY HAS A BAD EAR INFECTION SO WHAT I ADVISE YOU TO DO IS TAKE THE BABY TO A EMERGENCY ROOM SO THAT A DOCTOR CAN EXAMINE YOUR BABY BEFORE IT GETS WORSE I'VE BEEN THROUGH THAT I HAVE THREE CHILDREN JUST TAKE THE BABY TO THE HOSPITAL GOOD LUCK

My first child did that when she had thrush. It hurt to feed. Check baby's mouth for white spots. Also, it's not unheard of to start teething that early. My first got her first tooth at 4 months.

it's beacause you probably walk away every time you give her something to eat, stick around, and watch her eat and hold her bottle a second until she grasps it, you'll feel better, and so will she, otherwise it may be a bowel obstruction? my best advice is to call doctor if she looks as if in pain.

white patches in her mouth could mean thrush. other than that, maybe she is lactose intolerant. my son has to drink soy formula. try switching her formula, not even to soy, but maybe just brands.
