I would have to agree that the human brain is pretty darn complex... The human body in general is, too, for that matter.
For the record, I don't know if "love" counts as an object, does it? But if it does, then definitely love...

I've heard that the space shuttle is the most complex machine ever built. As far as the rest of it, souls, love, etc., that would be up to your point of view.
