are there any facilities/programs for young adults 18-30 who are paralyzed in TX?

my son now 23 is paralized due to a car wreck when he was 19 and it would be great for him to be around other young people his age in the same situation.

Perhaps in Houston, Texas, they have a very large medical center. One of the best in the states.
