Last Sunday of October- thats when you "gain" a hour
you turn the clock back to 1 AM - @ 2 AM
a extra hour to party or sleep in.

Daylight savings ends on Sunday, October 29th. Set your clocks back an hour. This lets the little kiddies trick-or-treat for an extra hour.
