Wow thats deep... I think that we all have to be honest with ourselves about who we really are instead of wearing a mask of security. People who have this fear you speak of only hurt themselves with the secrets they hide. That is why they are hidden, the light can show what only darkness knows.

a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.yes i do it all the time,alcoholics anonemous teaches people to do this it works,people learn alot about themselves and become better athelping others;)-.........the darkness becomes daylight we learn to love ourselves and can be with others (if tolerable)
