Oh yes much bigger up to 2 sizes

Um they will prolly keep growing & once she has the baby they'll become rock solid ready for her to breast feed and then months later they will sag alot or a lil bit. Depends on her body.

You really can't tell how much more she will get bigger, every woman is different. But, dont worrie they will go back down after she is done breast feeding.

Probably yes- especially if she is going to nurse expect those puppies to grow a full cup size!

I went up 2 cup sizes (YAY CLEAVAGE), but my husband was not allowed near them. They hurt too much. Kinda a "look but don't touch" deal.... catch 22.

Please tell me this isn't your primary concern. Please tell me you have a well paying job; a plan to assist your girlfriend; gone to parenting classes (or at least read childcare books); began putting money away for the child's education; and sterilized yourself to prevent anymore children.

Yes she will, but if she breast feeds her boobs and body will get back to its normal size.

lol if they are REAL then yes they will, but if they're not then it depends what type of breast implants she got (there are diffrent types).
