Disable your antivirus and firewall and go to some porn websites and you will surely get all the viruses you ask for.
But if you are asking for the VIRUS SOURCE CODE, then even you get from the websites, it was already known by most antivirus programs, and you will be alerted of it.
The best you can do is read some books about the viruses and some have samples of it. It's really hard to get directly from the Internet...

No one makes programs that make virus. Use Visual Basic and go back your own.
