I babysitt (kidsitt really) and I want to be sure that they are not accessing anything they shouldn't... I don't want to block anything though cause that is a hassle for myself...

looks to me like she's trying to see where the kids were surf'n, but they're clever enough to delete history..

I can tell you ways to block them from the "Delete history" button, but I dont know how to stop them from viewing history and right click/deleting them.
(use spybot and gpedit.msc(administrative templates) for that btw)

only other option is something like netNanny, or shoulder surfing.

Could you state your question clearly. The first question contradicts with the descrition that follows. Do you want the history to be deleted, if you do then in the Browser (I am assuming it is Internet Explorer) select

Tools -> Internet Options

In the window that opens and inthe tab "General" there is a section "History" you can set the number of days the history is saved or you can delete the history by selecting the "Clear History" button.

If you have some sort of privacy software installed it may be configured to clear your history automatically. Your antivirus may have that feature too. MS's Tweak UI does too. Check the configuration of the appropriate programs and switch what needs switchin'.

(She wants to see what the kids are browsing, marcos.)
