Drink more water.
It will fill you up. It will also (believe it or not) help with cravings!
Get some sugar-free gum and use a piece right after your meal. This will inhibit your desire to keep stuffing your face.

Will power. A ton of self denial. I know, because I used to eat when I was happy, when I was sad, when I was bored, when I was really into something, on tv or on the internet. Every occasion was an occasion to eat. My life revolved around food.
It's no fun, but there's no other safe way.

Try chewing gum or eating food that is low fat and low calorie, like raw fruit and veggies. What you eat means more than how often you eat it. I know people who eat 6 small meals a day and don't gain weight because they eat healthy food.

maybe you have compulsive eating disorder like me. I used to be anorexic but since I'm not anymore I still have an eating disorder so I'm that I guess. I take prozac, chew gum, or I've heard hypnosis works for some people, didn't for me.

i have the same problem... but everyone tells me that when you get bored to tend to overeat and if you are really stressed so when you get bored instead of eating go and play on the computer... or when you are stressed take a few deep breathes and then go excercise... working out is a great stress reliever...

something could be wrong in your brain...the messages that ur body is sending telling ur brain "im full" arent registering so u constantly want to eat, even if ur full...
either that or u have no self control...but id go for the first thing said...benefit of the doubt

I found that if I exercise every day, I don't want to eat as much because then I'm just undoing all that hard work for nothing. So, my answer is...exercise, and drink lots of water to fill you up.

Find something to occupy your time. Then, you'll spend your time doing that and you won't even think about eating because you'll be enjoying yourself.
