a mammal is a mammal and an animal is an animal. they are not the same.
and to answer your question: id think any mammal that stays near the surface would get uv rays. right? like dolphins or wales. but then again im sure they have special skin that protects them from uv rays and im sure that uv rays dont go under water.
what do i know!

Aside from humans, I am pretty sure pigs also get sunburns.
