I just can't stop playing the "Sims game" is there any help for meeee?

Started playing yeaterday.... my eyes are burning need sleep....HELP!

the sims was a game created by a little something called natural selection..

people who cant stop playing, cant reproduce, so their no life genes arent spread/mixed in with any normal person's
