It is not explicitly forbidden in the rules, but "gaming" the points system is not allowed. I often see multiple related questions in one posting (especially in math, where I usually post answers), and it seems to be OK. But I bet that if someone made a habit of posting a large number of questions at once, just to save points, some action might be taken.

I thought we were able to ask 5 questions per day at level one. I think we can because as you go higher up in the levels they give you more questions you can ask.

you can ask as many questions as your level will allow you to. level 1 will allow you to ask 5 questions per day. level 2 will allow you to ask 10, and so on and so forth.
