I want to be a bacterialogist, what college has the best credentials for this type of work?

What school, thats really good in science, would be a school that could give me the best education in bacterialogy, or microbiology.

In the grand scheme of things, the place where you recieve your undergraduate degree is largely irrelevant. Respect in the scientific community comes much more from work that you've published... so try to get involved in projects while you're in school (I've known a number of people able to get their name on a paper in such circumstances), and be more worried about where you get your doctorate!
