Good manners and a good nature and admirable qualities. Not low-life habits like some.

Definitely Responsible and integrity but he has to be loyal and committed as well not the average who'll jump into bed with the next girl that says hi too and honest so that if he does jump in the bed with the girl he'll be man enough to tell own up.
That or listen to that measure of a man song that came out a couple years ago.

A man is made by his walk with God. The closer he is to God, the more in his likeness he is. In a perfect world he would have unconditional love, be respectable, patient, kind, and faithful. He is not self-centered, but considers others. He works to improve himself and puts his family above himself.

As I have both these qualities I would like to say that they are important, but knowing what a woman needs, both, emotionally and sexually is also important!
