How can I create an alias for work purposes.?

I am being stalked and harassed by someone I fired.

Filing a fictitious business name will not help you there. Strongly consider getting a protective order against the person you fired. You may need an employment attorney, especially if (a) the "someone" you fired is of the opposite sex and (b) you were intimitely involved with that "someone." Good luck.

If they are stalking you make a police report. First, document everything they are doing when it started and what has been said. If you are getting phone calls record them, or save the messages.

Every state has stalking laws.
