Unfortunately... no. Your bone growth plates have already fused at puberty.

However, stretching will make you more limber and could improve your posture, and that may maximize your current height.

Unfortunately though, just stretching your cartilage will not be enough to work against the pressures of gravity :(

But, don't get too down on yourself about your height, friend. Remeber that Napoleon was considered to be a "short" guy... and he almost conquered the world! And look at Tom Cruise...erm... before he went nuts... he landed Nicole, right? She's like 7 feet tall, too :)

You sound like a strong, healthy guy. If you have charm to match, you're way ahead of the game.

take care!

At 20, you're probably not going to get any taller, sorry. exercises can't help you - it's all genetics and hormones. Growth Hormone, to be exact. But hang in there, it's not altogether uncommon for people to grow another inch or two even after puberty in their early 20's.

Sorry but all the things you described will not make you taller and you probably wont get any taller. Try wearing shoes with higher heels. Most of all accept yourself as you are..

You won't get any taller with the things that you are doing. There is no way to make yourself taller. It is in your genes.

it's in your genes to be that height and could've been the foods you ate too. doing quads isn't recommended if you want to grow, it would actually stunt your growth. stretching your back would help, but i think you won't grow anymore at your age, sorry man.

You can't get "taller", but your posture can str8n up and you can reach your potential height. You can't really physically make yourself taller, just work on sitting up straight and not slouching.

I don't think there's anything you can do to increase your height.
Working out will help you get bigger and you might feel larger, though.
