Wow, that's a big bold move and I really like your style of doing head-on. Before you can do all this stuff:
1) make sure you can get at least a 8x10 glossy photo shot of yourself shot by a professional photographer to go along with an resume if your going for an audtion (your resume should include your best skills, as well as your profile, acting skills, etc.)
2) finding a legitimate agent is easier because most agency is operated by a unions agreement. It's much easier to find audition if you sign up with an agency, which you can look up at the American Federation of Television and Radio Artist (www.aftra.org) or Screen Actors Guild (www.sag.org/ for film)
3) Once you find your choice, submit a package of materials to an agent of your choice. All submissions should be sent out in a plain manila envelope and include a brief cover letter with your contact information, stating the purpose and contents of your submission. Keep it simple, clean and professional.
4) If the agency contact you for a pitch, make sure your prepare to present yourself as a person, like doing a pratice run of your speech to an audience, like your parents. If you're an actor or singer, your pitch should be a monologue or song you've memorized and prepared to perform confidently and competently for the agent.
5) Always remember that if you pick an agent, make sure he or she shares the same artistic view of your career and they get the 10% share of your pay, since there working on commision.
I talk to an agent about the business and it's true that agents are looking for new people who are outgoing and willing to commit to the business. The truth is that agents are desperately looking for new talents everyday because if they don't have clients to agree with them, then there out of the business just like THAT. Their reputation depends on the quality and the amount of clients they represent. So don't feel bad if one agency doesn't want you because there hundreds more that are looking for you. All you have to do is follow these tips. Hope this helps.
By the way, you can look up an ad at a local newspaper or the classified on the Internet for the info. Most of the filming for Disney Channel shows are filmed in Hollywood, like the Suite Life with Zack and Cody and That So Raven, which is ironically filmed at the same location. (High School Musical is film in Utah).

if you ahve a big dream follow it but ur first step is getting an agent you will get nothing in Hollywood with out one, I know because I worked in the industry for 10 + years. You don't just walk into a studio or write them . You ned representation. Sure you can go to the Disney Studios, they are in Burbank, but be prepared to be told no and not get past the reception desk in the front lobby. Also be prepared to have experience (real experience, not just you want to be an actor), be prepared to have had lessons, be prepared to hae professional headshots( not taken with a regular camera but by a professional photographer in a studio) and again..an agent, if you are serious in pesuing your dream you will find out "how to contact a decent agent" so u realize how many kids are out there like you who would love to be an actor on tv, thousands!

You go to a casting agency my dear, then your agent tells you where an audition is going on. I doubt you'll get the part without knowledge of what to do and without an agent. If you want to be on Disney channel I could try to ask this one kid who used to play Beans on Even Stevens who lives close by how he did it.....better hope you have some talent....
