Going on the basis that I was stranded there from a ship wreck, and there would be some kind of boat that I came in on...
1) Magnesium fire starter.
2) Big roll of rope...(75 feet)
3) Gerber.
I would bring that special someone. but does she get to bring three things too?

i would bring either my boy friend or best guy friend (they can help me with the hard stuff (making a shelter, climbing trees(to get food), other stuff), clothes (just a few things, not a lot, but enough), books and enough food and water to last me a lifetime (there may not be fresh water or edible food there)
