Yes I believe in luck up to a certain extent. The person that said "your make your own luck" was right and wrong. You find a winning lottery ticket on the ground, luck put it there but your picking it up made your luck, could have been a bad ticket if not for luck. You can also make bad luck. You jump in and out of traffic and at a certain time a car runs a stop sign and hits you, had you not been speeding it would have been another car. It almost hurts to think about it.

I believe that theres something out there stronger than luck but we all have a part in its outcome. The littlest things we do can make a big difference like a ripple effect sort of kinda like fate but not exactly.
